The Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer is an Absolute essential, and I repeat, an Absolute essential for anyone that enjoys the taste and flavor of grilled foods. I fried a duck stuffed with brown rice and cherries, etc. And served with a cherry balsamic vinegar sauce that complemented the moist, tender duck. It melts in your mouth, even the breasts that are typically dry. A leg of lamb stuffed with feta cheese and spinach with the same cherry sauce (I like this concoction alot) produced a melt in your mouth flavor that is remarkable. The accessory option is a must to maintain a vertical infrared cooking position. If this fryer is not in your repertoire you are not grilling to your capabilities.
