Have had my grill for at least 7 years, replacing parts as I need too. Easy to find and order and easy to replace. Before I had this grill, I could never get my food cooked right. HORRIBLE TO CLEAN!! Grates are a nightmare

There is no way to clean the grates on this grill. I have seasoned it and have cleaned after each use and lightly oiled again. There is a serious design flaw which causes the good to get stuck and there is no reasonable way to clean the grates. Ignition system

I purchased this grill on 5/27/16. I worked fine twice then the ignition system failed. They sent new parts which I installed and it worked fine three times. Failed again.
