Great grill. We purchased the 5050 model 3 years ago and have not been disappointed. We have replaced the grease covers on the propane side but have not experienced any rust issues other than cosmetic surface rust. We oil spay the grill twice a year and this year I sanded and repainted the outside s...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought this Grill 6 years ago. Though its not really portable, it have taken it on group camping trips half a dozen times- yes I had to retighten screws on the base when I got home. It has survived 2 moves- one across the country. I mostly grill on the charcoal side, and I light the charcoal with th...see moreof the reviewer's review

Ugh Rusty 1 month ago
Concept is great. Went against bad reviews because I wanted it so badly. First year started to show signs of rust. I know how to properly season a grill and it's components. Second season in and gas won't even flow through tubes, grates and mounting points for grates rotted out beyond repair and fal...see moreof the reviewer's review

Thought this was a great price for what it does. You get the best of both with gas and charcoal. I also purchased the smoker box, which was a good add to this grill.see moreof the reviewer's review

I already knew how to do the BBQ basics in regards to steaks, chicken breast, pork chops etc. I figured this grill would be the perfect grill to take my BBQ cooking to the next level. I did purchase the side firebox to start smoking food and tes...see moreof the reviewer's review

I use this grill for everything, I grill stakes, chops, veggies just about everything on both sides of the grill but I love the charcoal side for grilling pork ribs. I like to grill them really slow so just melt right off the bone.see moreof the reviewer's review

The gas side of the grill will rust out after 1 year. I kept mine under cover and after 2 years the gas side completely fell apart. I spent $100 purchasing replacement parts since I really like the design but when it rust this next time I'll be done with Chargriller. It's a shame as using better met...see moreof the reviewer's review

Have had my Duo 5050 for a couple of years now and it has been awesome. I truly enjoy BBQ and Smoking especially with Charcoal. Plenty of room for Chicken and Ribs. I have had no rust. I do keep it in the garage. I have used the Gas side for a quick burger at lunch. So great for that. Have not went ...see moreof the reviewer's review
