Loved this cereal for years. Reason I am writing is to urge General Mills to use non- GM oats in this cereal. With General Mills big push for regen ag why wouldn’t they use non GM oats. Please support regen ag.

Overall I like the taste. I specifically purchased 4 boxes on my last shopping trip to get the free movie ticket (if you buy 3). Unfortunately, I have submitted the receipt over 10 times with a canned email response that says they can't read the receipt. My receipt is long and it is difficult to have it all on one jpg file. I have attempted multiple photos to no avail. I feel like they are rejecting on purpose to limit the number of tickets they issue. I have never had so many issues submitting something in my life to get a simple voucher. I won't be buying Cheerios any more just because of this.

We eat them all the time. They are very good and we also use them as a puppy training treat to switch it up sometimes. Our puppy likes it too.

How many whole grains per serving (1 1/2 cups) remain 100% intact when the product is put into the box? This is regarding Cheerios Original
1 reply from Cheerios team - 3 months ago
The whole grain oats in Cheerios cereal are hulled and then ground, and are not 100% intact, but we can assure you that the oats we use are 100% wholegrain oats. For more info about how Cheerios are made, check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=925RDYKrILs

Why do put something in which is not good for you (calcium carbonate),it not good for a majority of people as if suffer from kidney stones, you are told not to eat it as it’s not in your kitchen so why put something that is bad for you,I won’t be buying these again☹️

Thanks for your feedback on this. We label all our products according to FDA guidelines. Calcium carbonate is a salt used to add calcium to foods and to prevent clumping. Commonly used in products such as cereal. Rest assured, we will share your comments with the rest of our team.

Not sure why Cheerios changed, but they seem puffier and more bland. I've eaten these for almost 50 years and one of my favorites. Did you also add calcium carbonate/iron recently? Cheerios is easy on the tummy, but not with calcium carbonate and related side effects. It was my weekly cereal, not so much anymore. Disappointed.

I have eaten Cheerios for over 50 years every day!! In the past couple of years, you have changed the shape during the Spring (I believe) to include a heart-shaped Cheerio. Every time this happens, the box contains many, many more broken pieces. I have even gotten to the point where I will buy another product during this period and have been very unsatisfied. PLEASE refrain from changing the shape of the cereal from "O's" to "hearts"!!

Want to shout from the highest mountain that Cheerios helped me drop 35 Cholesterol points. My dr was on the fence about a statin as I was at 235. I began eating Cheerios everyday with fruit and Oat milk. Down went my level to 200. I swear by this choice of breakfast. Thank you General Mills.

Recently when I have the Original and Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast they have been very disappointing in taste and texture. I grew up eating the Big G cereals so I know how good they once were. I find they now have a unpleasant flavor and a rubber feel in my mouth. Original Cheerios had a nice clean fresh flavor and the Honey Nut were pleasantly sweet. I keep throwing the boxes out after one serving and wind up forgetting how bad they are and buy them again and feel gypped. They are not cheap to buy like all food now. Instead of making so many different flavors of cheerios you should concentrate on making those two kinds the way they were made in the past.

Ever since getting a Freestyle Libre test kit for A1C / glucose to monitor diabetes I've found all cereal give the largest spikes and hold the glucose higher for longer than any other food group. Even with no added sugar - cereal is by far the worst for glucose . To think I used to eat it as a healthy snack before bed . Thank you Freestyle Libre 🙏 Still like product - it just doesn't like diabetes
