I would like to know why so often items I order from Target are on backordered. This item, plus about five other items (order #102002403192274) on my last order are backordered and this happens so often. So most the time I just cancel. Also, why when you order online and pay with a gift card you charge shipping? Even when it states if order is above $35 no shipping charge. Thanks. I rate low just because of backorder.
