Q: Can you use parchment paper or aluminum foil to line tray?

A: Hey there! Great question! It is not recommended to use aluminum foil or parchment paper in the Air Fryer, it covers the basket tray it will prevent the food from cooking evenly.

A: No. The rubber tabs on the tray of your Chefman Air Fryer should stay on during use.

A: For this 2qt air fryer, one pork chop, about 5-6", 2 chops, if 2-3". I would not stack them as you won't get even browning unless you take out the basket and re-arrange them. .

A: The big round knob on the front is a mechanical timer. Max 30 minutes so yes, it will automatically shut off.

This works ok. Perfect size for one person, which is what I needed. The second time I used it, I turned it on for the allotted time and then put my food back in to cook a few minutes more - the machine shut off. Thinking it was a malfunction, I contacted the company and had them replace the unit. With my new machine, I soon discovered that the exact same thing happened. It's not worth it to replace it again. Apparently this is just how they are designed to function. In summary, it works as long as you cook your meal for the correct time, the first time.

I have had this air fryer for almost 4 years now, and this isn’t an appliance I barely use either. I cook or reheat in my air fryer multiple times a week and is super easy to clean & even easier to cook in. It isn’t super big, so I’d recommend this for someone who lives alone or for personal (1 person) usage!

This is a great value, compact and effective air fryer. It cooks evenly, is easy to clean and I just love it. I love cooking chicken breast in it and also making Brussels sprouts in it. Overall, I’m super pleased with this air fryer.

I had this for 3.5 years and used at least 4x a week before it finally broke. For the price, I’m satisfied with that. It’s small, but perfect for 1-2 person household. Hard to clean so I used liners. Might re-buy.

Used for a few weeks was working fine. One day I noticed a smell of smoke coming for the kitchen this exact air flyer model started smoking. Would’ve caught fire if I hadn’t noticed smoke smell. Still was smoking even after unplugged. Be Aware & Cautions when using model. Beside that personally I feel like it’s a little overpriced for the size, takes a little long to cook food in. A lot of other better options. This would be great if you can get it below retail price like on sale of something.

This is small and compact. Definitely only enough space to cook for 1 at a time, but that's all I need. Cooks evenly and I'm able to layer certain things like fries. It does not overcook unless not timed properly (hence my semi burnt french fries). It's not super loud and makes a ding sound when done. I don't mind the turn dials, easy to set both time and temp. Would recommend if you dont need to cook a lot at one time and have limited space. I feel the price was fair. I like it.

Loved it when it worked! Used it a few times a week, esp. for kids meals. It’s small, and I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Unfortunately it suddenly stopped working almost one month after the 1-year warranty. I’ve seen a few others post the same—so is it worth it for just one year? Not if others work longer.
