You should give me the option to bypass this field.

These two fields are intrusive, and rude. You should give me the option to bypass them. The time to ask these questions is, with the user's permission, after they have become users - like had time to use the machine. Hence the one-star rating (the red "kindly..." box is obnoxious). I hope the machine is better than your clumsy marketing technique.
