Cute but small

Ordered the size by the chart provided. Too small. Fabric is rough. Don't know if it would soften up with washing since I returned it due to the sizing.

Sizing off, shorts have only one pocket

The garment dimensions don't appear to match the actual dimensions of the garment that I received. Plus there is only one pocket in the shorts. Why would a designer do that?!
