This chair came unassembled so the first thing I had to do was put it together. Assembling it was pretty easy until I was putting one of the front legs on. The pennyhead nail that was along the outside of the chair seat one was too far in and preventing the leg from going all the way into the slot. Well, I fixed it and finally got the leg in. Once it was assembled and tightened it was good to go. I sat down and the seat is very comfortable. I wish the color was darker, but that's not a big deal. I am heavy set and this chair hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear from my extra weight. I am in love with how comfortable and sturdy this chair is and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.
Very nice looking chair. I didn't know it would come with assembly required, although I should have assumed that. According to my husband, it wasn't terribly difficult to assemble, just a bit of a pain because the instructions weren't that clear (mostly in pictogram form) What he did like were the individual parts bags labeled Step One, Step Two, Step Three. It took him about 20 minutes from start to finish. Once completed, it looks very classy and I think would go well with almost any decor. The only drawback is that our cat "loves" the material and wasted no time trying to 'customize' it with her claws. But again, it's a very pretty and comfortable chair.
This beige linen dining chair was easy to put together and only took 15 minutes. Well packaged in cardboard box and lined with styrofoam. All items were intact despite the box (labeled "fragile and handle with care") arriving dented and laying upside down on our front door. The chair is good quality, looks and feels nice. It even has a black cloth with a zipper on the bottom of the chair to hide the underside of the chair. We just stuck the small wrench that came with the chair and instruction manual inside this hidden pocket. We're actually using this chair for an office white desk and the height is perfect for it. Also very comfortable with lots of padding on the back and the seat! Highly recommend.
Pretty, but extremely disappointed in the overall chair. I could not get one of the screws to fit into the predrilled hole. It did not line up at all. Very aggravating to say the least. The padding in the seat back of chair is rolled. You can visibly see it, not smooth. And the nail heads in front are crooked. I would not recommend this chair. Very very disappointing. Paid too much for such a lack in quality.
Comfortable and stylish chairs. I was in doubt of buying this chair with no reviews, but I did it anyway since all the chairs from Threshold have good reviews. The seat is comfortable, wide and deep, the backrest is a little low, but it's not an issue. Also, it's true to color, great details and super easy to assemble.
