With so many of my pans and bakeware ruined from cooking spray, finally, there's a pure product without all the extra harmful ingredients! I noticed all the bad reviews claim that it won't spray a fine mist. . .the truth is, all those extra ingredients found in other spray (soy lecithin, food-grade alcohol, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, or propane) that help it to spray that fantastically fine mist everyone loves is just plain BAD! Just wish this was really calorie free! "In the case of cooking spray, the serving size is so tiny (1/4 second of a spray), which allows them to round down to 0." . . .What an eye-opener. Still . . .gotta love the convenience!

The Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray - 4.7oz that was delivered makes a big mess as a substantial amount of liquid oil come out instead of mist/spray every time I tried it. Do NOT recommend it, does not earn even 1 star. What a waste!

We really like this avocado oil spray. It’s a much more healthy alternative to the traditional cooking sprays plus it tastes great as well. There isn’t a noticeable “avocado” taste to it. It is very convenient and you have to use less than you would with pouring out of a bottle of the same brand avocado oil.

I love this spray avocado oil! It’s great for misting foods prior to baking so they come out crispy and brown. It’s also good for prepping pans, but it can tend to make baked items a tad oily. Perhaps it’s due to the spray nozzle itself, sometimes it sprays really finely and other times it shoots out what becomes a puddle of oil on the pan or food. This would be perfect with a bit of re-engineering for the nozzle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product goes well with varieties of fish I fry! I either bread them then fry them or fry them without breading. This product is versatile to do both. I have also used it with breaded chicken and it tastes marvelous! I recommend it for quick and easy use and clean up! And it's also a super healthy type product! The design of the spray nozzle is poor. When I press down, a gush of oil comes out instead of a spray or mist. Very messy and wish I could return.
