Christmas Craft Wooden Ornaments Kit - Mondo Llama™

I wanted to love this kit—I loved the ornament kit from last year—but this one is much too fussy and ill-made. The wood stain pens run out before you can complete all of the ornaments, the gold leaf doesn’t stay on the ornaments, and multiple of the leather cords broke. All in all, not the best from Mondo Llama. The ornament kit from last year was amazing and having just pulled my ornament out of storage from last year, I can attest they held up better. I know for a fact these ornaments will not hold up.

Opened our box, which was sealed, and was missing almost all of the pieces! All we had was wooden ornaments and packets of glitter. No stirng, bells, glue, stain pens…... Box was completely sealed, remind you. Really disappointed.. don’t fully understand what happened. Target does have a good and easy return system though.

The ornaments themselves are very cute, and I personally enjoy that the paint pens are neutral tones but I know most people would prefer some bolder colors. My biggest disappointment with this kit is the gold foiling. It is incredibly messy and the provided glue does very little to hold it or the glitter down and takes forever to dry. Would be better off using gold paint. Left my ornaments looking pretty messy.

I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. These wooden ornaments from Mondo Llama are not only adorable they are very well made. The wood is super smooth and ready to take on any paint, glue, or glitter that you can throw at it. Love that this kit comes with so many nice embellishments for the ornaments. This would be great to do with kids so I definitely plan on ordering more as an activity to do for our pre-Christmas gathering.

Underwhelming product. It was pretty messy and the glitter and snow didn't really stay on well. The limited colors made all the ornaments pretty much seem the same and didn't allow for much personality from ornament to ornament. Also only recommend for older children due to the mess and level of difficulty

This kit was a super fun craft to make with my tween. There are 5 different shaped ornaments to design, tons of glitter, ribbons and bells. We didn't follow the painting instructions that came with the kit. We did our own thing which made it even more enjoyable and memorable.

Mondo llama is a great brand. This ornament kit is very cute and alot of fun. It comes with everything you'll need. We did use our own paints also cuz my kids felt the paint pen colors were boring. They aren't the most festive colors. My age recommendation for this is 6yrs and above, I wasnt able to find one on the box. Maybe even more for tweens. It did get messy at times with the glitter and shaking of the paint pens. It would be a great gift or fun activity for a party.
