So bad, it's actually unbelievable
I feel like I’m being pranked, that’s how bad this product is. The box showed up smushed, taped together haphazardly, with two missing pieces and six others broken. The seller should be embarrassed! I’m embarrassed for you!

First, the delivery time significantly exceeded expectations, arriving two weeks after the order was placed. More importantly, the quality and condition of the ornaments upon arrival were unsatisfactory: Damage: One ornament arrived completely broken. Defect: One ornament was missing the essential hanging string attachment. Quality Issue: The colors on several ornaments are already rubbing or flaking off. Package: The box was delivered as is without an additional box to cover the ornaments. The box itself was damaged.
