Q: Does it make noise? would it be a quiet game on an airplane?

Q: What is this "game" about? The video just shows kids pushing in bubbles like they would pop bubble wrap. I don't get why the box shows letters or why it claims to be educational.
submitted by My2Cents - 2 years ago
A:Â There are several games that can be played with the Pop It, please visit the Chuckle & Roar website and you can download the full instructions to see all the games. One of the games is called "Guess N' Pop"- one player names a category like "animals". Players take turns saying a word that fits the category and pushing in the letter that their word starts with. Once a letter is pressed, no other player may repeat that letter. Players keep taking turns until they can't answer. The last player left without getting stumped wins!

I love the Chuckle and Roar brand for kids. This pop it was well made, and worth the purchase for the little guy I nanny for. It’s helping him to recognize his alphabet as I sing to him. The only changes I’d make would be to add lowercase letters on the opposite side and make different product color variations. Blue is cute, but more colors equal more fun.

I actually ended up getting this for free from Target Circle rewards stuffs, so I had nothing to lose really. But I was impressed with the quality and the ABCs & 123’s on it as my son is obsessed with the alphabet. It’s a great item!

3 year old likes pop toys and this one seems to be a good one to help reinforce her letters and numbers; it also does not make a loud noise when the letters are popped so it is good to use somewhere quiet is better, like church

The letters and numbers are so light you can barely see them. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the color and size are nice.

I was excited to add this to my classroom but the letters are only raised sections of the rubber and are VERY difficult to see. Not super helpful for young learners or old eyes.

Bought this online- so I did not notice that the letters & numbers are barely visible. The packaging shows them much darker. Was going to use this as a learning tool for my SPED students, but will be returning it.

I like the idea of the alphabet and numbers on it BUT you cant see them. They need to be a different color. I’ve tried black permanent marker but it just wipes off. Like the concept but when letters and numbers are the same color as the pop it you can barely see them.

Three of the bubbles have broken within 3 months. My kids aren't rougher on it than the average kid, so that surprised me. Then again, this isn't the first "Chuckle & Roar" product to disappoint.

At first glance, it looks like a great toy. But unfortunately, it's a bit flimsy and worse of all you can see the letters! I brought it to give to my toddler to play during our road trip because she's been into learning her ABC's but this just didn't work out as I hoped.

I really loved this when I first bought it. It seemed fl be good quality and sturdier than other pop its I had been looking at. I bought this in mid December and a month later, one of the letters has already torn. My kids were not rough with it or anything, one day my son was just playing with it and it tore. Would not recommend as it eventually breaks.
