A: Comfirmed: the tent is coated with a flame retardant. Was a birthday gift. Will be discarding. Staying away from this company. Took me over a week to get an answer meanwhile my kids played in it.

A: There's a set number of poles (parts).Measures over 3ft wide and 4ft tall! Actual dimensions: 51in x 39in (129cm x 99cm). Ease of collapse is subjective but it's the reverse of assembly. It's simple enough but should be done by an adult. Time is also subjective but I'd say 3-5 minutes should be sufficient. There are 4 poles. It collapses back to it's original size.

Poor construction. Stitching at bottom failed within weeks of use by normal toddler play. Tent poles are attached with flimsy ribbons whose stitching came loose as well. Stopped being usable quickly.

I bought this to entertain my friends' kids for a holiday gathering/game - this play tent was such a HIT with the kids and parents!! I bring it out now for my gatherings if I know that kids will be present. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. I throw in some blankets and pillows in there too to make it comfy, esp since I have hardwood floors. There's a cute lil flap that covers the "doorway" that the kids can leave as it or roll it open and secure velcro straps. I even have the play tent out while doggy sitting sometimes. The fur babies love it, too!! One of the best purchases I ever made.

I thought this would be the perfect gift for my 2 toddlers. Well one of the rods broke and I went to fix it, barley touched it and my hand was completely covered in micro glass shards. Absolutely furious my kids could have been covered in it too. Makes me sick to my stomach. It’s so painful and I can’t get them out!

I bought one like this four years ago. It eventually landed outside, and took three years to destroy. This tent is similar. Same construction and material. This time I bought a very large round dog bed to make it extra comfortable, and to cut down on pillows being repurposed for play. For the price, worth the money.

I bought this for my 17 month old son for Christmas. It’s an easy set up but for us it required 2 people. Upon setting it up, both my sister and I were complaining about having “something like glass” in our hands. We found out because when we rubbed our hands up against any fabric or object it kinda stung. So I took some tape and put it on my hand and sure enough there were tiny little pieces of glass- smaller than glitter in our hands. Look up the product, come to find out it’s made of FIBERGLASS and we weren’t the first ones to have this issue. Will be returning. There is no reason a toy made for children HAD to have fiberglass in its frame. Not only that, we are also finding pieces all over our clothes, toys and anything that went inside this play tent. Just irritating and disappointing.

I genuinely liked this tent until my daughters ripped it, and I had to throw it away. It lasted us a long time but when I started to take it apart, I realize that there was fiberglass in this tent. Why on earth would you make a tent for kids with fiberglass in it? My daughter’s legs are currently full of fiberglass, as well as my hands.

My 3 y/o received this as a gift and LOVES it. She insists on sleeping in it every night. I also love how it packs down so small so when we travel we can set it up for her easily in a hotel room, etc. and she always has her own private space. It doesn’t glow in the dark and isn’t the highest quality item in the world (started to get a little hole in it after 3 months of daily use) but hey, it was $20!
