I have fine lines, dry skin around my eyes, and prone to eye bags. It's not a strong correcting cream but it does what it says. It works great under makeup and it is very hydrating. So far this is the only eye cream that has ever worked for me personally.

Not a cream, but more like a semi-solid wax. Does not soften or melt upon contact with the skin. Worst "cream" I have ever used!
