Gloves NOT included
I've been buying this product for 5ge past 3 yrs with results. Finally writing a review...Traveling and need to touch up my gray before a meeting tomorrow... Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Can't use this...Clearly something went wrong in the manufacturing/packaging process...

Great volume and ease of use
I love this product, unfortunately I’ve been unable to find it for some time in the dark brown shade. I didn’t have to color my hair at all, just used it und it gave such color and great volume. I sure wish Clairol would bring it back. None of the other products come close to this one in easy of use and end result. Please bring it back!

I have been using this product since Covid when hairdressers were closed. I use it for the touch up between salon visits. It's easy to use and the colour match is great. I have auburn hair with highlights I use 1/2 a tube of colour 6 and 1/2 colour 7

Lanolin allergy
I have been using this product for years,however,recently i have started to experience irritation and sufferred a nasty skin rash all over my neck. I checked the ingredients and have noticed it contains lanolin, of which i am allergic.

Product has been downgraded
I have used this product for many years (#8 medium blonde) and it worked great. When I colored my gray roots the color lasted a long time. But now when I do the touch up on my roots within a few days the product wears off and the hair I colored is gray again. Therefore I will no longer spend my money on this downgraded product.

Shocking Good!
Was so skeptical to try this but my colorist was booking a month out and I was headed on a spur of moment holiday. Came out shockingly good! Left on 20 min because I wanted the full lift to match my blonde highlights. Easy to use, affordable and best of all..major time saver! Def geting this again when nedd.

Has this product shade (Medium Auburn 5R) been discontinued in the UK? It has not been available at any stocking outlets for some months now. I am having to substitute with the dark auburn, giving my hair an ombré look between full colours. Not ideal! Any information would be much apreciated!

Perfect colour for me
I purchased this product a week ago, unsure how it would turn out. I have long blonde hair. My hairdresser isn't available due to illness. So only ever having the same hairdresser for 45 years I thought I would give it a go. Wow I am blown away by how well it's covered my roots. I have ordered a few more. I haven't tried doing the underneath as yet as I would need at least two packets. The price is fabulous too. I am very happy.

Such a horrible product. I haven’t even used it. But I mixed the tubes a the solution is a creamy yellow hue. I’m Not putting that in my hair!!!

This didn’t even work. I left it on for 15-20mins for stubborn greys and it did nothing at all!! Definitely disappointed!!
