Works like a charm! By far my favorite allergy medication. Non drowsy but still knocks out allergy symptoms. I'm not sure why so many people struggle opening them, I just easily press the capsule through the foil. Put my thumb on the clear side- anchor the sheet with my other hand, press and pop! I have been taking Claritin for years, other products make me sick, and some make me groggy. the package is easy to open for me I just use my thumbnail to cut it open, then slide the liquid-gel out. I wish they made the Claritin D in a liquid gel, that would make my life so much easier, the Claritin...see moreof the reviewer's review

it is impossible to open the individual capsule without a pair of scissors. There are no instructions on the web site on how to get the job done. The product is OK medically; but it won't do you any good if you can't get it out of the package.see moreof the reviewer's review

I started taking Claritin for severe allergies last spring. My Dr's choice, Zyrtec worked for me but I was too sleepy all day. Claritin worked great for Spring and early summer allergens like tree pollen. But then came fall and ragweed and it did nothing for this allergen. I did read that sometimes ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I am not normally prone to allergy but recently I was hit with a doozy that made my eyes itch and water to where it made me look like a cadaver. My doc put me on OTC antihistamine so I tried what the doc specified. Its effect was rather limited. The allergy flared up again so I tried a Claritin from...see moreof the reviewer's review
