Q: Are these mugs with the metallic print design like this one actually microwave safe? They typically are not, so I'm surprised that this series of mugs at Target is. I hope it is. It's cute!

A:Â I'm not 100% sure if they're officially microwave safe, however I have a bunch of these mugs (and a few of the larger mugs/ bowls too), and I microwave them all the time. I've never had an issue doing so. I've had these mugs for 5+ months, use them every day, and they still look brand new. You can definitely microwave them or put them in the dishwasher. They're great quality.

Love this mug! I had received it as a gift a few years ago and the quality and thickness of the cup was perfect. I still have it and it hasn’t faded or chipped. While purchasing Christmas gifts I saw the exact same mug and I had to purchase two of these, for my aunt and cousin. I knew the quality was great because I have one myself, so I knew that they would absolutely love these. They drink coffee everyday so they were really happy with their gifts.

it's an adorable mug and the size is great but I've only used it 3 times (put in the dishwasher after every use) and the lettering started smearing when I picked it up so I'm super disappointed. I have another mug by opalhouse in a similar style and I'm hoping the same thing doesn't happen
