Decent taste, but left brown/chocolate stains on my fingers since I was breaking off pieces as I ate it. Not the best for on-the-go for this very reason. If you want a CLIF energy bar, chocolate chip is the better way to go.

First of all, anyone who says these taste exactly like a brownie is either lying to themselves or they have never eaten a brownie and that makes me sad. That’s not to say they taste bad because they don’t, just not remotely close to a brownie. Seems fairly satisfying so far.
