Description
The Clorox Tub and Tile Scrubber is the perfect tool to use in the bathroom. Great for reaching high hard to reach areas of the shower and helps eliminate the need for bending over when cleaning the tub with its extension handle. The handle extends your reach over 40%. The scrubber head also features cloth lock tabs to attach a towel or disposable wipe for added cleaning power. The scrubber head features antimicrobial protection which helps prevent odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.

Q: I have used the Scotch Brite brand product for a few years. The Clorox scrubber appears a little larger (which would cover more areas faster). Is there a comparison or contrast between these two?

A: The scrubber does cover wide Tub space and the corners of the Bathtub. Unfortunately, when pressing on the handle to scrub - it leaks black ink like liquid. I have to use the hand held shower to rinse off the black liquid. The black substance leaking happens with every tub wash. It eventually goes back into the handle when storing upright.

Q: How do you extend the pole? I’ve tried twisting and unscrewing each part of the pole, and not finding that anything extends. I had to hunch over for 2 hours to clean my bathroom today :(.

Q: Does this pole lock once it is extended? Some reviews say it does not so that is why I am asking. It would need to obviously!!!

A: Hi Dee, the pole locks into place by twisting the poles in opposite directions from each others. This is the same technique used to loosen the poles to collapse again. A: Hi Mary, the Clorox Tub and Tile Scrubber uses a non-scratch scrubber. You can use this on your shower, however, like anything we recommend using/testing the scrubber in an inconspicuous area before using it on the whole unit.

This is pure garbage. This was the second time I gave this a chance. The first time the brush literally broke from the head after accidentally dropping it once. The second time half of the brush was pushed in after putting pressure on it to scrub the tile. It was so hard to pull it out and when I finally did it would not screw tight again. Now is useless because the handle won’t adjust to make it larger. You better off getting a Yocada brand brush from Amazon a little bit more pricey, but you get 2 scrubbers and a brush attachment too, worth every penny.

I buy one of these every few years because they are just so useful. I’ve used them for my shower and to clean my kids inflatable pool from time to time. Very sturdy and good length. Only thing is that sometimes the top part that holds the sponge swivels. It would be nice if there was a knob to tighten it or something so it wouldn’t flop back and forth.

Broke within like 10 seconds of using. The handle is wimpy af and doesn’t stay extended as you clean. The scrubber also doesn’t stay on either. This is absolute garbage; barely used any elbow grease to clean my tiny shower and it couldn’t do the job.

The handle telescopes but doesn't lock and the head is on a swiveling joint that doesn't lock. You have no way to apply any pressure to the scrubber without directly holding it. Absolutely useless.

Game changer for shower walls & bathroom areas that need a lil extra scrub but might be too high to reach - either it’s extendable handle - it’s great!!! I used a clean rag with fresh water & wrapped the scrubber & then went over the entire shower when I was all done to ensure no soapy residue ✔️ absolutely recommend this product to reduce the time it takes to clean the shower 😉

The blue scrubbing pad did not attach securely to the plastic and therefore was falling off before I even started. Furthermore, the scrubber left tiny blue particles all throughout my grout (slightly hard to see in the picture but more obvious in person). Now I have to go over all of the grout again manually which obviously I was trying to avoid by buying this product. Disappointed that this has just made things worse.

That was until I realized how hard it was to clean the tiles. I was literally standing on the edges of the bathtub, hoping I wouldn't slip and fall. The Clorox Extendable Pole Tub and Tile Scrubber is the perfect solution. I can stand outside of the bathtub and easily reach all the way up to the ceiling. I also like how the tips of the scrubber are somewhat pointed, so I can get to the corners and seams easily. It is super easy to remove the pad and clean it for future uses. I will definitely keep this in my arsenal of bathroom cleaning supplies.
