Everything about this balm is exactly what I wanted. I use it at the end of the day to help remove makeup and excess oil. I have sensitive skin and so this product being scentless is a dream! A small annoyance is that it sometimes gets into my eyes and will cause blurry vision for a short bit but ultimately I love the product.

Best cleanser!!
This has now become one of my favorite cocokind products! I was late to the game in trying it, but I have noticed great results already! I use this as part of my evening double cleanse, followed by a water-based cleanser. It is great to remove oils from the day, sunscreen, makeup, etc. It has noticeably cleared up my skin and leaves it feeling so soft and smooth! I want to keep a constant supply of this on hand! Love it!

it's a nice cleanser that does the oil to milk transition well. it is good that it's gentle and not stripping, but it also does leave my face leaving a little oily and not completely clean.

NOT an oil cleanser
I love this brand and I'm partial to oil cleansers so I decided to try this. This DOES NOT come out as oil from the tube. It looks more like Vaseline. It cleans okay, I guess, but it is not an oil cleanser which is what it claims to be.

The oil is more...
The oil is more solidified, like coconut oil, not like a typical oil to milk cleanser. Because it's solidified, it takes more time to work into the skin, which is not a problem, but when washing it off, my skin doesn't feel clean at all. I feel like there's still a heavy residue left on my skin so I have go back with another cleanser to wash it off. Not a good product for me.

Soft skin, not clogging
Having acne and black heads in the past, I was always hesitant to do a moisturizing first cleanser since I was always trying to dry out my skin. I love this cleanser. It doesn't clog my skin, making it feel soft instead. I love it!
