Q: I get no pepper when I turn it. I cannot unscrew the mill head. I am totally frustrated. I should not have to spend an hour trying.

I have tried to get this thing to work for over a year. Tried different peppercorns, different settings on the adjustment. It's 100% flawed by design and does not catch or grind the peppercorns. You have to twist it about a hundred times to grind a single peppercorn. This should be recalled and not sold. I'm less and less impressed by target quality. Especially at this price point, what a disappointment.

Found this pepper grinder browsing through the aisles. Was very happy to find one so well priced and well constructed. It's been a great addition to my kitchen, especially after 3 other grinders died within a year of purchasing. Ugh! Highly recommend - holds a lot of peppercorns, makes a good grind (not too coarse, not too fine), easy to change out/refill. Tiks all the boxes for me!

Just threw this in the trash unfortunately. Although it’s pretty, the grinder didn’t catch any of the peppercorns (starting day one) meaning a lot of time was wasted turning the grinder with very little pepper coming out! Wouldn’t recommend this at all.

It gets the job done, but not a job well done. If you’re looking for an inexpensive option that will be “good enough” this will work for you. However it isn’t amazing and there’s no good way to adjust how coarse or fine you want the pepper. There are definitely better options but likely at higher price points.

Stopped working shortly after the 90 day return window. No matter how you adjust the grind size, it just spins endlessly and doesn't seem to "catch." It looks great and we have no problems with the salt one, but this pepper one just doesn't work. Its only purpose is to grind peppercorns so for that I would give in zero stars if possible.

This pepper grinder worked great - until it didn’t. About six months in, it stopped working properly and there was no way to fix it, and no way to return it, in spite of it having a 2 or 10 year warranty, depending on where you look. I suppose it could be returned to the manufacturer, but it would probably cost more to ship than it would to just buy another one.

Gift for my 65 year old mother. She loves fresh pepper but this grinder did not effectively grasp and grind the peppercorns. My husband and I tried it with the same issue. A ton of grinding with minimal pepper output. Returned to guest services.

I purchased this 5 months ago and it no longer works. It was great for about 3 months then the inconsistencies started and eventually it stopped grinding all together. Husband took it apart and found the reason why, and it is unable to be fixed. The 10yr guarantee is a joke. When you go to the website, the guarantee is only offered in the UK. If purchased in the states, it says to contact the retailer where you purchased. The item is outside Target's 90 return policy. Would not buy again and would not recommend.

The durability of this unit has lasted 5years and is easy to fill. The grinding output is sometimes slow and sometime fast. I have tried two different sized peppercorns and neither allowed the grinder to grind with a consistent output. I always felt like it was taking 3 times more twists than other grinders to get anything to come out. When trying to bring the grinder down to fine, the metal begins to rub and you have to twist a bit harder while hearing the metal pieces filing against each other.
