Terrible package, flowers were mashed &bent. The cord was empty at least 3 feet, you could have put more flowers on it. Trying to return it, waiting to long for "return label"

First time I have ever been disappointed with a product from Collectionsetc.
Very short in length. Packaging created squashed and folded flowers that were almost impossible to fix, still trying to straighten the 2 I kept.
Did not realize they had no end-to-end connect, my error.
White flowers were more gold than white. Ordered 3 white and 3 red, received 2 white and 4 red.

When trying to place my order they couldn't find my account I told the c/s person I was a green and gold custom he still couldn't find my account.and then to top that I could hardly understand him. We usually have a poinsettia garland draped on our fake fireplace but ours is many years old and giving up the ghost. I thought I could replace with this set. I knew from the description that it was short as it said 2 sets pictured, but I thought I could string two sets together. Not possible since plug on only one end. Also the flowers are larger than I thought they would be.
