Color By Number Jungle Animals Surprise Puzzle - Faber-Castell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabre castell- color by number set has great set of photos to color. It came with the photo and marker set. The markers were good quality and did not smear off the page. The color was good. The only thing is that this picture requires a child to have good attention and patience to color. There are so many different colors on it that my 6 year old lost interest after a while. Hence, for younger children this s better done as a family with a mom or dad sitting by them if you want to get the drawing done. Faber-castell ,ale great products. After I Saw my daughter lose interest I took this s moment t spend family time together. This can also be done by older senior citizens who like arts and crafts projects as well. It like a puzzle. It something you can start and do a little each day. Overall, the Instuctions are easy to follow and colors are fun to use. They won’t run out of ink like some other sets of other caliber.

The assembly part was a bit tricky for me and my 8 year old son because there are no colors on the pieces yet. We had a lot of fun coloring this, though. The included markers are awesome and have a nice fine tip for coloring the smaller areas. Overall, this is a great kit for any art-loving child.

I think he appreciates it more and it was an excellent art activity. Another plus is that it glows in the dark which you don’t see very often with puzzles! This would be a great gift option for young children.

First we had to put the puzzle together which was a little hard because it wasn’t colored and a lot of lines from vines and not a lot of animals. So it took some time but it’s a smaller puzzle. Then once it was done we did the color by numbers which was a lot of fun. Really fun activity

Not only is it a puzzle but you can color the pieces and it has glow in the dark frogs that you can search and find, my Grandkids had hours of fun and play time! It is a 100 piece puzzle and the size is perfect for a kids fun project or a family night, this is a really cool project and craft for kids of all ages, would love to get more!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More often than not, I see "paint" by number kits and while in theory that seems like a great idea, it makes for quite a messy and frustrating project for a 7 year old. This was a great kit to bring along on our three hour car ride and didn't require any adult supervision. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been working on this coloring puzzle as a family and it's been more fun than expected. The puzzle was a good challenge for our 6 yr old and overall it's quality is great. The pieces go together well and the graphic lines are distinct. As expected from FC, the markers are nice, with firm tips that allow for a variety of stroke types. The colors are vivid and there is a big variety. The set is real close to 5 stars for me, but there are two improvements that could be made. The first is giving the markers a labeled number. Right now you need to check a sheet of paper that shows the markers and what number each color is. Then you need to find that marker to use. It can be confusing for a young child and is a bit annoying. The other is more subjective, but I think the colors could have been used better in the image and I find the intended white portions to be disappointing. We plan to fill those in since the intent is to be seeing into a jungle. Still great besides those minor issues!

The chart to understand the color by number system was easy and concise. Putting the puzzle together was also fun for him but seeing his work like this made it special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this set for my girls but it turns out a fun activity for a whole family. My daughters haven’t play any puzzle before so it is a perfect time to teach her how to play since we spend most of the time indoor. It took us hours and a few days fo finish but it’s all worth. The kit comes with markers so she can use her creative skill and do the finish work by her own. We took the pic, glued them together so we can keep it as a family memory. In my opinion, it’s a very nice activity so the family can go together and play.

After the puzzle is done it's very colorful. There is also frogs that glow in the dark. My son and I had a lot of fun doing this. I will be getting more in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The puzzle design itself is beautifully illustrated and my daughter was drawn to it immediately. She had a great time coloring the puzzle with the duo tip markers provided. I like that the markers were of very good quality and that they were washable as well. I really liked that we could use these markers beyond the puzzle! I felt that I was getting a great deal! My daughter put the puzzle together first with a little help from me and then colored it in, referencing the color by numbers guide. The guide had areas for her to try and attempt cross hatch blending which was pretty cool as well. The glow in the dark frogs were cute my daughter didn’t pay attention to them much since she was so focused on coloring. She was so proud of her work that once she finished coloring the whole puzzle she took it apart to put it back together again. I liked that this puzzle kept her entertained for a long time… what a great concept, it’s two activities in one! The puzzle also has a bonus poster on the back of the numbers guide. I really liked how they used the back of the guide so that paper doesn’t go to waste! My daughter has that beautiful poster on her bedroom wall. This is a must buy in my opinion… great job Fabre-Castell!
