This stuff works. I had over 1 year MULTIPLE black & blue black permanent dyes in my hair. Recently re-dyed it actually. It all came out. Hair is naturally red but there is plenty of room to work with this! Before & after provided (black hair was clearly before.

Restored without drying

Could have used another box!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was minimal dripping with this product. I have thick hair so I think if I'd had one more box the coverage would have been better. It didn't burn or anything on my scalp. The packaging was intriguing.I probably would not use this product again just because of how it left my hair feeling dry and and looking splotchy.

This Works!
This product is a life saver. My hairdresser put a color on that made me look like carrot top. It was way off the color I wanted and was very orange red. I was desperate and bought this product. Follow the directions closely. It works. Took that awful red out.

Dissapointed
The product does not work im very disappointed. About 3 months ago i bought the orange box one, i wasted my money. Today i decided to try the one in the blue box fix n Fortify which states in the box it will take off permant color. It did nothing its a waste of money, i follow the instructions i rinse 20 minutes i did step by step and nothing. Not even a lil bit-

Color Oops is specifically designed to remove oxidized permanent hair color. It may not be effective on hair that has multiple layers of heavy color buildup. Additionally, if the color molecules aren't rinsed out thoroughly enough, they can re-oxidize, making the hair appear as if no color was removed at all.

If you’re looking for something quick it does the job and it does remove most colors but again I think it’s a little too harsh on the hair especially if you’ve colored your hair multiple times

The smell is horrible but my hair was the softest I have ever felt it in MY LIFE after I was done! My curls weren't as tight and didn't feel as thick and my fingers flowed right threw my hair!
