The steamer stopped working after a few uses. Called Conair who sent a replacement but had the same issue. Wouldn’t recommend this product.

Save your money
Had it less than a year. Hardly ever used. I think I used it about 5 times and it stopped working. Steam doesn’t come out anymore. I always used distilled water like the instructions require.

Stopped steaming
Bought this steamer 2 months ago and loved it. We used it daily with distilled water only, and even travelled, using the dual voltage system without issue. Then, suddenly, the steamer stopped producing steam, though it seemed to still be heating up… it’s completely defective! We spent a lot of money on it and are incredibly disappointed.

I bought this a few months ago and was only able to use it two or three times before it stopped working. As directed, I only used distilled water, but after the first few uses, I couldn't get any steam to come out.

Bought one, used it once and then it no longer produced steam. Bought another because I thought it was just defected and the second didn't work straight out of the box. Isn't cheap either.

Saved the Italian wedding!
Definitely recommend for European travel. I was in a wedding and everyone else’s adapters and/or steamers broke or simply wouldn’t work, so this steamer was a workhorse that saved everyone from being wrinkly! The water tank is obviously not huge, but I was generally able to steam 2 garments before refilling.

Stopped working within a month.
This steamer is very cute and worked great until it completely gave up within a month. I got 2-3 uses out of it. Tried cleaning and unclogging, but nothing worked. Don't waste your money :)

One piece at a time
This steamer is the perfect quick fix to a slightly wrinkled shirt. The water evaporates quickly when I use it, so it does take patience if you have more than 1 item to do. I love that it is compact enough to pack in the overnight bag and be able to use in a moments notice. It works for lightly wrinkled clothes, not a wadded up wrinkled shirt, so be sure you know before you try
