The confetti in the balloon is too heavy and weighs balloon down when filled with helium so it will not float. Disappointed. Helium leaked out in hours.see moreof the reviewer's review

I was so disappointed with these balloons. I wasted $10.00 on 2 of them. The confetti weighs down the balloon so it doesn’t float. Don’t waste your money. Target needs to pull these from there shelves.

Items looks good but they did not work for me. One seemed to have a hole in it, the helium air just leaked out within 10 mins.
The second one didnt even stay up with helium. Seems like the confetti and string is too heavy and weighs the balloon down.see moreof the reviewer's review
