I bought this phone as a gift. Initially, the recipient was thrilled. Now, the phone is
dropping calls, there's way too much static, and it is very difficult to have a conversation.
Once, the recipient comes to visit, I will be returning this phone. What an embarrassing disappointment!

I've used Motorola and Consumer Cellular for a few years and when it was time to upgrade I compared phones on their website then ordered it from Target. It arrived quickly with all the instructions I needed to set it up and move information over from my old phone. Get yourself a protective case for it.
