You can't go wrong with this mug. So many of the travel mugs are huge monstrosities that rattle around in your cup holder (if it will even fit) and don't fit well in a purse or messenger bag. With this mug, I can go hands free most of the time and never worry about it leaking in my bag. The contents stay hot for hours and the durable design holds up to my clumsy habits. I've had mine for three years and dropped it numerous times; it only has one tiny little ding from dropping it on concrete at a job site. Seriously, it's the best.

I love it so far!!! I was concerned about getting a metal mug because I HATE cold coffee and I need to microwave the cups constantly. Well, it's not been a problem because the coffee stays hot for a long long time, so there's never been a need to microwave. I was eyeing the Ember mug, but this is by far, a much more economical and satisfying choice. Let's see how it holds up. I am sure it will be fine, as long as I hand wash it.

Nice size! Looks professional. I take my own cup into coffee houses and have them fill mine instead of using a disposable cup. I would prefer an 8 oz cup, but those are near impossible to fine, 10 oz cups are hard enough to find. The baristas don't seem to mind the extra 2 oz's. This does not leak and the flip top is easy to open with one hand. I don't know how long beverages stay hot as mine rarely last 20-30 minutes before they are gone. It does keep hot for that long.

I've had mine for about 4 or more years now. I use it everyday just about. For coffee and milk. It keeps my coffee hot for hours and my milk cold. Never had a leak. I will be purchasing a second now that I know how dependable they are.

This worked great the first time I sent it to school full of milk with my kid. The second time, however, I placed it in the lunch bag and then inside the backpack and soon noticed a pool of milk under the backpack on the floor. The lid was closed securely but the milk was leaking out in a steady stream from the flap on the lid. I cannot figure out what exactly the problem is, but I can't send it to school anymore so this has been a big waste of money.
