Best Water Bottle Ever!
I have been in love with this bottle for years. I love that it has the wide mouth so it’s not like sipping through a straw. The colors are great and the water stays cold, even in this god-awful Phoenix heat of 118° today! but PLEASE bring back the 20 oz bottle in the Orchid color. I had lost this bottle several times, and was so lucky to be able to find it and get it back. But this summer, I lost it in Bend, Oregon on vacation, and I was unable to find it before I had to leave town. Missing that color so much. I can’t find it anywhere online. Please bring that color back! Thank you.

Nice water bottle, but autopop top isn't durable.
I have bought 3 different colors of these stainless steel double walled bottles with the AUTOPOP tops. The bottles are great. The top works great, with a nice opening to drink out of, that seals quite well. There's no straw part that is hard to clean. My biggest issue is the durability of the autopop tops. I have dropped all of them a couple times. On two of them the pins broke at the hinge. They still worked but the handle can come off to one side. The "POP" lock also broke on one of these. Also, after a few months to a year of use, I've had 2 out of the 3 of them break the small torsion springs that "POP" the top open. The spring just wore out and broke. This is really irritating because the top no longer pops out of the way to drink.

Not very "chill"
I love how well my Contigo coffee cups keep things hot or cold! So, I purchased the Jackson chill 20oz. But, I am very disappointed in it's lack of ability to keep ice from melting (very quickly) or to keep water cold for any length of time!! I love the wide mouth, autopop and lockable lid!

Disappointed
Gasket molded after 4 months. I really liked the ease of use and how it kept it cold but you can not get the mold off the silicone seal gasket.

Best water bottle until the LID BREAKS
The water bottle is super well insulated and can keep water cold for 24 hours. The lid doesn’t leak and has a handy locking mechanism. Everything is great until the lid breaks. So my only complaint is lid durability. My son has gone through two water bottles in two years due to lid malfunction. I would love it if replacement lids were available to purchase. Now I have two useless stainless steel bottles

Best water bottle hands down!
I love this bottle! It meets all my needs. The mouth is wide enough I can gulp my water when I am really thirsty (straws just don't work the same). I love my water cold. This bottle keeps it cold into the next day. Take off the lid and it is wide enough to put under an ice maker that dispenses ice. This bottle is easy to open one handed. It has never leaked. I only use my bottle for water. I have had the purple bottle for over a year. Loved it so much, I bought the green one a couple months ago. I customize mine with stickers from the hobby shop. Everyone knows they are my bottles!

Rubber parts eventually mold
Contigo has been our family's go to water bottle for many years. It's a must to keep drinks cold in the Arizona heat. With that being said, we've bought multiple models and sizes throughout the years but without fail, any rubber parts can and will eventually mold. This specific model is perfect for outdoor riding mowers/ tractors as the pop top prevents any debris from getting in the water bottle.

Cigarette water bottel broken
hello! I have the same one with less than 3 months of use and it no longer sucks, it is as if the cigarette was broken, air only rises when the container is full, what should I do in this case?

Good customer service
My 10 year old son used this water bottle for two months before the lid broke. He loved that bottle. Perfect size, color, and insulation. I contacted customer support through the web site, uploading a picture of the damaged lid. They shipped out a new replacement within a few days. I’m very happy that Contigo honors their warranties!

Gasket molds with daily use
This is the ideal water bottle, it holds a lot, is stainless, and truly leakproof. The gasket develops mold though, and does not appear to be removable for scrubbing, so if you use it daily and it doesn't have a chance to completely dry out it is a problem. It doesn't appear that replacement lids are available or I would rotate lids so that one could dry out each day.

Very good water bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Contigo Jackson Chill 2.0 Stainless Steel Water Bottle with AUTOPOP Lid, 20 oz in Frosted Rose. The bottle is beautiful The frosted rose is such a lovely delicate shade. Sadly, I washed the bottle with a scrub a bit hard and some of the color came off. So I have now a discolored patch on the bottle. The bottle is very well made. The lid is leak proof and has a lock on it. You move the toggle to the left and the lid doesn't open. Move it to the right and now the lid is able to open. Very well thought. The water stays very chill. I filled the bottle at around 10:00 am and it was still post lunch at around 2:00 pm. I didn't test it for longer times. Overall I love the bottle and its a shame that i got that discolored patch.

Best bottle with best features!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay besides the fact that this frosted rose color is so aesthetically appealing and pretty this water bottle is the best! If you are a mother of young ones that always want to play with your things or carry them etc. the lock feature on this bottle is crucial! They can't open to backwash into it or spill the water! I love the ease of the handle to carry it and I love the big opening to gulp down water. My water stays cold on the tennis courts which is the most important thing to me! Also the slender body is great for storage and carrying!

Excellent water bottle with Beautifull design

I like the handle and especially that it folds down. The top snaps shut and you can lock it quickly and easily to avoid leaks or spills. Great water bottle

My kids use it for school and it keeps their water cold all day. The 20 oz. size is perfect and the tall slim design fits great in cup holders and backpack pockets. I would definitely recommend this one.
