I'm not sure how cooling the pillow actually is because that's not generally an effect I look for. But it is super comfortable. I used to use two pillows but this pillow is large enough that I only need one, seems not to deflate over time, and is still soft enough to be comfortable. Expensive for a pillow but a good night's sleep is worth investing in and this definitely helps with that. Also prevents waking up with a sore neck which is nice.

i bought two of these pillows 6 months ago. i like a memory foam pillow that i can squish and compress and hug while i sleep. these pillow do just that and are extremely affordable. unfortunately, my new dog chewed up both them! i went out today to buy replacements, and my locat Target didn't have them. i bought two Caspar Cooling Foam pillow from a brief squeeze in the store, but when i got home it didn't seem as squishable. now i'm trying to find some of these Targe squishable pillows anywhere in town. ALSO, the outstanding chemical smell tells me the pillows are free of weird tiny organisms that can grow on various fabrics!

Best pillow I've had. Have been using it for 7 months and it is so comfortable. Went out of the country for a few weeks and really missed it. The only problem I have with it is it slips out of the pillowcase easily. Would definitely reccomend a longer pillowcase for it.

if i could give this pillow 0 stars, i would. there is a horrible chemical smell that doesn’t go away even after the recommended 24 hours. this pillow is definitely not worth any hazards that could possibly occur from inhaling so much chemical stench

I bought a king size since I just got a king mattress. Unlike other reviews, mine didn’t have a strong, unpleasant smell to it. I have used it for one night, so this is my immediate thoughts. For the pillow features, it is not very cooling at all. I have a standard size Tempur-Pedic cooling pillow I bought 2 years ago that works way better at cooling, but is too firm with my new mattress. So, I was quite disappointed as I tend to sleep very hot. As a side/back sleeper, the support was nice. It seems that when I tuck the pillow into my shoulder while side sleeping, it pops back into shape, unlike the down alternative pillows I was stuck buying from a store close to me. It might even be a decent support for a side/stomach sleeper like my husband. I do wish it had a smaller price tag, but I am willing to spend to not wake up with headaches or neck pain and the Tempur-Pedic come with a $200+ price tag, so I can’t complain too much. It seems like it’ll do.

The pillow. is very comfortable. For the price you cant beat it. It would have been perfect, but the "Off-Gassing" smell just does not go away. I've tried in the course of a week to air it out, use baking powder, Febreeze it, and let a shop fan blow through it and it still smells terrible. I know some memory foam pillows have certain certifications because their memory foam is "safe". This may allude to quicker or no off-gassing time. Whatever those certs specially are, this pillow definitely doesn't have them. Even if it's a little weird, if you're considering this pillow, unzip some of the case in store and smell to see how strong the odor of the pillow is. If you get it home and you try any or all the methods I did and it still reeks after like 3-5 days, return it. The odor isn't going anywhere sorry to say and it's not worth potential allergy or health risks.

Bought this pillow on a whim while traveling and 9 months later I couldn’t be more pleased. It replaced the pillow that I already had at home and now I’m ordering two more for our spare bed. It’s not too firm and not too soft. Can’t always feel the cooling aspect.
