Q: How do you get the tv to stop tilting forward? We have tightened all the appropriate screws per the directions and it still is tilting forward.
A: There are 2 hooks on the section connecting to the tv. These hooks will swivel to allow tilting and are NOT tight to begin with. Tighten before attaching to the tv. I learned the hard way.

Q: What size drill bit do we need to use for the studs? The online video by Core Innovations says .2" drill bit. That does not sound right...there is no 1/5 size drill bit? Is that some type of european?

Q: Will this work on walls with studs spaced 16" apart?
A: For anyone that looks this for far... no somehow the designed a TV mount that doesn't satisfy the most common building standards. Completely insane.

Q: Will this work on my Samsung tv
A: It does not come with the correct hardware for Samsung TVs, the screws are too short.You will need to get screws from a hardware store. My 65 inch used 4x M8-1.25 x 45 mm Phillips Pan Head Stainless Steel Machine Screw and I used the spacers provided with the TV and not the ones included (because they also did not fit). Make sure to have the correct drill bit wrench attachment as well, I think it is 1/2 inch.

Without knowing the model number of your TV I cannot be positive however. The most important thing is that your TV supports the VESA mounting interface on this mount and the weight limit (which is 132 Ibs). However, it’s important to double check and confirm that your TV supports the VESA mounting interface (100x100mm - 800x400mm) as well as the weight limit (132 lbs). Q: Will this wall mount work for a LG 65nano75 that says it has a 300x300 vesa mount? TYIA
A: Hi, our product CWM800FM can hold a 19-80 inch TV. The weight of your TV must not exceed 132 pounds. You wall must be capable supporting five times the weight of your TV plus the mount.
