The idea of this book is to combine the more technical side of running, explained in an easily understandable way, and the more emotional side of runners, popular athletes, and those who know the most and have the most experience in the field of sports, fitness, and health.

Each chapter is divided into two sections: on one hand, the emotional, experiential aspect, and on the other hand, the technical side of things, always linked by a common thread, or something important to work on.

Throughout the book, we see different essential aspects that a runner should keep in mind: your core (the center of your body), correct posture, the parts of your feet,the pace of a race, or the movement of your joints. There are exercises for strength and endurance. The importance of cross-training, balanced relaxation of body and mind, and flexibility are discussed. In the final chapters, we learn to set goals and plan exercise routes. It includes a section with short opinions by professionals and athletes about different related topics.
