These are the worst cotton rounds I have ever used in my life. They pill with all applications (toner, nail polish remover) and disintegrate easily. They are 1 step above using cheap toilet paper.

When I opened the package two of the rounds had dirt inside of them. I pulled them apart and saw what looks like saw dust and other debris. I called to report this and they offered me $3. I feel like Target could be doing better than this.

Target, i had just starting using pads instead of cotton balls. I loved the first batch. Now, all the cotton pads i've purchased from basic to premium fall apart while using. Please make them like you used to just a few months ago.

Pro: Affordable. Con: If you’re using them on your face, use them in the mirror. I use these for my toner & normally when I’m done I take a side view pic of my skin (terrible lighting throughout my house). Nothing but cotton residue/shedding all over my face. They tear easily as well. Took at least 3 to tone my face & neck. I’ve had better for cheaper.
