I have used Cottonelle Gentle Care since it first came out years ago. Since it is pricey, I stock up when it is on special, generally, at Target. I did this BEFORE the crisis. My supply is dwindling and cannot seem to find it anywhere . . . Not even on line. When I try to put in a request to find out where I can find it, or when it will be available for purchase again on your website, even after keying in ALL requested information, your system is not accepting the request. THIS is NOT customer friendly! I realize that this is a busy time for all of us, however, part of excellent customer service is answering customer questions in a relatively simple, professional, friendly manner, which I understand completely, since I work in customer service!
