With a design inspired by classic pub style, this versatile Counter Height Pub Table from Threshold™ works great in a breakfast nook, crafting room or home office. Made from durable hardwood, it features a sturdy four-point base and comes in either a distressed gray or solid black finish. With its clean lines and a modern style, this pub table mixes seamlessly with a wide variety of home furnishings and decor. Use it a craft table for all your hobbies and projects, or as extra counter space in your kitchen for all your cooking needs.
Bought this because it was the perfect height for my space. The instructions are poorly written so be patient and think through steps before you do them, otherwise you could end up with pieces facing the wrong direction. The faux finish is decent, but chips away to reveal white underneath very fast so beware if you're going to use it everyday. The foot bar is very flimsy, feels like leaning on it will snap it. Had I seen it before buying I would have found another table, but it's impossible to disassemble now that the finishing buttons are in, so I'm stuck with it.
Very sturdy table. I put it together myself — 72 yr old gal. The hardware was a little tricky for me, but once I figured it out, it went pretty smoothly. Would have given it more stars, but it is a very, very deep gray, not a washed gray as advertised. Maybe I’ll white wash it one of these days!
First table I received: the table top was extremely banged up (clearly not from shipping because the box, legs of the table and packaging were in perfect condition). The box contained absolutely NO hardware to put it together. There was also various black marker marks all over the table?? I called customer service and they told me it would take 7-10 days to get a new table top and hardware from the vendor. 12 days later I received a new table top- the grey color was completely different. the bottom of the table top was poorly crafted and looked hastily put together. There is putty covering various nail holes on the bottom and it looks completely different from the first table top- even though the surface isn't banged up this time. The hardware included is COMPLETELY the wrong hardware- for a completely different piece of furniture. Photos: the table on the right (lighter color with putty) is second table top that they sent me. The surface color is HORRID and completely different from the color of the first table top. Both are horrible but in different ways as you can see. I know this is very uncommon for target but I'm still surprised that this happened yet a second time- after I already requested new parts. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 15 days for the correct hardware to put it together. I ordered this table on February 8th- it is now March 10th and I still do not have a table in my small New York Apartment. Very unhappy. All target was willing to compensate me for was a $20 giftcard on my next order. Very poor quality- buyer beware. I am not a person who takes the time to write these kinds of reviews, but because this is such an uncommon problem for target and target furniture I think people should be aware of my experience with this lemon of a table.
