The bristles on the wand are all over the place, the mascara itself is somehow simultaneously too liquidy and yet clumpy, and I end up with raccoon eyes after about 8 hours of wear. The waterproof version does hold a curl, though.

Recently bought and opened, just looking for a basic black mascara... Well, it smells horrifically of chemicals, so much so that I don't feel comfortable putting it on my face. It also burned my eyes when I held it up close to my face, maybe just the smell, idk. Bit I won't be using it. Wish I could return it but I doubt I can. Should've bought my old drugstore favorite instead.

my favorite mascara ever😍 the only 1 i’ve been using for like 5 years. it’s waterproof and it’ll stay on if you cry , unless you rub your eyes which i do :3 when i don’t cry though, it stays on for like 2 days!! and somehow the bottle doesn’t run out for several months. like seriously couldn’t recommend a mascara more

This mascara will stay in for a least 3 days. I cannot get it off at all. Not to mention it has taken the majority of my eye lashes. They are literally just falling out. CoverGirl needs to do something about this or I will take it to tiktok for another band review

I noticed the favorable stars this one has to be a bad batch. It clumps, it runs out of the tube and flakes. I would like to see expiration dates on mascara tubes. What a mess and no time to return. Will never buy Covergirl mascara again.

Bad tube and wand design

The formula is too thick and the tube doesnt take the excess off, therefore what is left on the wand is like a clump of black petroleum jelly. The bristles on the wand look anemic as well - the few bristles it does have stick together instead of separting to apply the product to your lashes. I’m not even going to attempt applying it because there is no way this will turn out well. It’s one of those products you open for the first time and immediately know it was a mistake. Returning it right away.

It’s a alright mascara…. I’ve tried others I have liked better and sometimes at cheaper prices. This is more of a watery type mascara so I feel throughout the day it’s smudges or transfers under my eyes if I use it on my bottom lashes.

Impossible to apply, I've never experienced this issue with a mascara before. While its hardly on, it still manages to melt off eyes for hours.

I love the Exhibitionist Stretch & Strengthen Mascara so I thought I would try this one. Used it twice and threw it away. WAAAAYYYY too much mascara is left on the brush when you take it out of the tube. It's impossible to separate your lashes without removing the mascara first.

This macara has such a strong chemical smell that it made me dizzy. I Thought it would be better once it dried, soI tried it on but I could still smell it. It also felt super heavy and made my eyes sting. Definitely not for me.

Picked this up on a whim. Pleasantly surprised. It’s a pretty everyday mascara. It looks natural. If you like a more bold look, this may not be for you. I got the black / brown color and it’s very pretty. I’d buy it again. The wand is a little bit clumpy though.
