I really wished this worked better ! I’ll start out by saying it does produce cotton candy, but it also sprays sugar through your kitchen. It’s difficult to clean and wastes a lot of sugar. The cotton candy is stiff, but Children don’t mind.
My kitchen is nice and sparkly now - thanks to cotton candy all over the walls and ceiling.

We're already looking for a new machine from a different company. My daughter got this for Christmas, as she LOVES cotton candy. We cleaned it, set it up, and first thing out of the box the suction cups don't work. We managed past that, turned it on, waited for the lights to turn green, added plain sugar (since no sugar came with it), and got some reasonable cotton candy, but a lot of crystals.... and a LOT of cotton candy strands floating in the air. It was all over the place, getting onto the ceiling even! Once the candy is on the stick (we had to loop it and shove it in the hole at the top since it doesn't want to stick to anything...but our ceiling) we stopped the machine, let it cool, and tried to clean it. It comes apart at the bowl, which is super easy to clean, but when you take off the sugar funnel to clean in the metal spinning bowl (which is still difficult to get into with a cleaning brush) there is melted sugar that will NOT come off unless you want to soak it....against the manufacturers instructions of not getting this part wet. We purchased (separately) the flavor crystals and figured maybe this would be better? NOT! Same problems. Note, each time the machine is turned on again, the sugar from the last run still comes out, no matter how long you let it run before shutting it down and how hard you try to chip out the sugar in the metal bowl. Time to look for another brand that will ~hopefully~ be better.
Looks great in the commercials. Due to how great it looked on tv, my son asked for this for Christmas. It turned out to be a total dud. We followed the instructions exactly but never could get it to make cotton candy other than a few light threads. It mostly just threw sugar around, every where. We even let it run almost 30 minutes, hoping more heat would help. No luck. The second time we tried to use it, it wouldn't work at all. Will be returning this waste of money.
