A: While it's okay to brush your teeth after using our Whitestrips, it's not necessary. As well, we don't recommend brushing immediately before applying them. These Whitestrips should be used once a day for 30 minutes for 16 days

It definitely works! Customize them to a routine that suits you. I cut them in half which DOUBLES the uses and reduces sensitivity. Time is all up to you, if you have sensitive teeth try once a week for 10mins; I’ve heard of people have them on overnight; I’ve had them overnight once a week and I would never use them 2 days consecutively (which is what works for me); LITERALLY play around with how long you have it on for and when. Also I find some ends not sticking to my teeth so also try wiping your teeth for better grip; but take into mind it may be a stronger impact to sensitivity as there’s less/no saliva to help buffer.

I accidentally ordered these thinking they would still work like the professional ones. They do not at all. My teeth and gums are sensitive after each use and they didn’t get white. So disappointing especially for the price.

I first used whitening strips when I was 19 and noticed a HUGE difference. People would always compliment my teeth and say how white they were. Rewind to my late 20’s and all that change. Since my husband is a huge coffee drinker it only became natural that I also became coffee obsessed. This made my teeth visible yellow and I knew it was time to fix the problem. Luckily, I knew the whitening strips worked for me so I decided to grab this one and split it with my husband. 8 days later and my teeth are noticeable white. Of course I think it depends on how yellow your teeth are to begin with as my husband currently has a light yellow tint to his teeth. Overall I’m happy to say these work for me.

There are only 3 steps to using the whitestrips and very clear instructions are on the back of the box. It's recommended that you use the entire box which would be 16 days in a row. You can use up to two kits per year. They stay put on your teeth during use and only take 30 minutes. I was able to remove them without any issues. My teeth were definitely whiter after using Crest 3D Whitestrips.

My teeth seem yellow after use unclear if you should brush before or after so I did a dry brush and went with a full brush after after watching several youtube videos. These had good adhesive, very sticky and dry not slimy like older versions. Have one more pack left not confident it's going to make any difference.

I found these to be very easy to apply to teeth. They also hold without a problem for the recommended 30mins. I whitened my teeth at a dentist and the dentist told me that my teeth are extremely resistant to whitening, meaning it’s hard to bring them to a sparkling white and multiple procedures would be needed. In light of that she recommended that I do an accompanying treatment with strips so I bought these. I see results and I’m on my third set of strips. They are not dazzling results but still there is a slow coming brightening effect. I’ve previously tried other at home treatments like gel and they have always made me gag super badly. The strips are milder and easier to keep in your mouth for the recommended 30 mins since the taste is almost zero. Anybody who has had hydrogen peroxide in their mouth will feel the slight taste but really it is not so bad that it makes you gag.
