I just purchased this on April 25. I love the way it looks. But I my big issue is I haven’t gotten to use it yet. The part hold the blade and it’s housing unit is not working. It doesn’t go move up or down. I was looking gory to start making stuff.

Don’t buy any of these machines, they only have a warranty for 1 year. Mine stop working after 2 years of only using it 4 times. It just stop working, I didn’t drop it or it didn’t get wet. Several people on YouTube have to same issue. The power light turns red, and that’s it for you. @cricut don’t replace your machine they know the machine faulty.

So happy I made this purchase. However the program is very glitchy and I have to keep switching devices in order to pair with machine . The Bluetooth is funky. Also have to buy lots of paper and other equipment to use which also adds up. I am a teacher and use machine to make visuals and other gifts for my students. So I’m happy I don’t have to use ink.

Right out of the box the machine is having connectivity issues, cutting issues, and I’m already getting the blinking red light! I haven’t even completed a whole project and have to now deal with Cricut support. Expensive paperweight.

This is my first cricut product ever and I love it! There are a lot of resources on learning the settings and it’s pretty user friendly. Ive been able to make stickers, cards, signs, and shirts! I love how you can use cricut vinyl/products, but can also use your own card stock/products that aren’t cricut brand.

Expensive paperweight. Half the time, the load button does not work. Frequently kicks the project out after scoring and cuts air. The software that comes with it is lacking. The subscription and addons are very expensive. Really wish I had gone with a different cutting machine.
