CRUXGG 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker

I like my new coffee maker! It works great. Had to get used to when it was on and off but finally got it. I only used the reusable filter twice since the coffee tasted weird and my house smelled like plastic rather than coffee. Now I use regular coffee filters and don't have that problem. Overall nice esthetics & good coffee after that.

I've had this about 2 months now. This coffee maker has a LOT of features and it does include instructions (not sure why one of the reviews said it doesn't) you can make coffee bold, program it to brew at a set time, has a 1-4 cup setting, a cleaning setting, and can keep coffee warm for up to 4 hours. There are only 2 things about it that make it less than 100% perfect for me but it's not a deal breaker: 1) when you select to program you have to confirm the time every time vs other options you 'activate' the coffeemaker and can use them with a single touch. 2) after the 4 hours has ended to keep the coffee warm you cannot turn it back on to keep it warm for longer.

You pay for what you get. We were excited about a simple sleek looking coffee pot but everything about it leaks, the haldle leaks what we the coffee spills everywhere every pour. Its just cheap and we don't feel like having to clean our floors and counter top every time we want coffee. We don't recommend, returning!

I bought this coffee maker based on the fact that it did both hot and cold brew. The instructions manual says nothing about cold brew so I looked it up and the manufacturer’s instructions for cold brew is to brew hot coffee and pour over ice. Are you serious. So it doesn’t MAKE cold brew. Plus the coffee is so hot it instantly melts a whole cup of ice. Plus I can’t tell when the coffee pot is on or off so I’m worried it’s empty and still heating! While the pot is very pretty, it’s your standard coffee pot that ONLY brews hot coffee. Only plus side is that you can program to brew at a specific time.

I bought this cause I thought what a great deal is was. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. Honestly mine works perfect & i love how it comes with a reusable filter.

I wish I could love this coffee maker but I literally cannot tell when it’s on or off and I’m scared it’s gonna burn down my apartment. And the instructions don’t tell you anything!!!! Dangerous

Applealing design but hardly user friendly. Bizarre and almost random user interface. Each command does not follow a specific pattern. However, the worst flaw is its flimsy design and the overwhelming smell of melting plastic that can be smelled throughout the house. The coffee is not good and tastes like toxic plastic. I'm pretty sure this product is not BPA free. No wonder it was in clearance. Spend a little more instead of wasting every dollar you would've spent on this.

I really like this coffee maker, it’s easy to use and I absolutely love that it came with its own reusable coffee filter.

I bought this as it is aesthetically pleasing and I was tired of using pods. I am not sure if it is just the one I received but every single time I pour a cup of coffee the lid of the carafe leaks all over the counter. It doesn’t leak as I’m pouring rather when I turn it back upright. I have white counters and the leaking has stained them. Will be returning for something more functional.

The filter broke during the cleaning process before the first real use. The bold function burns the coffee, so don’t waste your time using it. All together the unit feels really cheap and is nowhere near worth the money it costs. Avoid this at all costs

I wanted to love it but unfortunately will be returning. The design is a little flawed… carafe opening is small and therefore hard to fill, the pit is also hard to fill unless you are using the sink and we use filtered water from the fridge. Controls are just odd. Cool concept but not practical for everyday use. This thing looks cool on my counter but I need easy. Not to mention the coffee tastes odd.

The top and the bottom of the unit get incredibly hot. Can't tell if it's ON or OFF and many other shortcomings. Will return. We didn't even try to make coffee - just thought it was cheaply made and the controls are not easy.

I bought this for the unique design and reasonable price. However, the controls are not well-planned. The on/off button is called "Brew/Off" and the only way to know you've turned it on or off is to listen for the very quiet click when you touch that button and then wait to hear if the water begins heating up. After brewing is complete there is a beep and then about 5 minutes later the Brew/Off button begins to pulse on/off and that's how it stays until you push the button to begin your next bre cycle. There is no where in the instructions that tell you that. And I had to send a video to the customer service team for them to confirm that is what should be happening. So, I'm constantly carefully listening and watching to make sure I've either turned it on or turned it off. If the carafe breaks you can't get a replacement. I should have just bought an ugly Mr. Coffee but I like the way this looks and I wanted to support the company who makes these appliances.

It is a pretty coffee maker but the controls are weird. Set the program but it didn’t work. Has the normal plastic smell from a new appliance. Instructions say to keep unplugged when not in use- that defeats the purpose of programming. Lights are very bright even when not in use.

This CRUXGG programmable coffee maker was the perfect purchase. It is very easy to use and program. Fresh coffee brewed and ready when we get up in the morning. Sleek design looks great in my kitchen.

The coffee maker itself is fine. My wife and I were mislead by the packaging as they put a lot of attention on iced/cold brew, and flavored coffees. This is just a regular run of the mill drip coffee maker, my purchase was based on the features advertised on the packaging. I should have bought a Mr Coffee like I intended to. Bummer.

I was in the need of a coffee pot that can be programmable due to my busy schedule. I wanted a pot that made enough coffee to fill my large cup that I take to work. This coffee pot is perfect. Its size is also great because it is a 12-cup coffee maker but takes up little space. It was so easy to use for programming and just regular use. I would recommend this coffee pot to anyone.

I am not a huge coffee drinker myself, but I have several family members who are, and I like to have the ability to serve coffee to them and to guests when I am entertaining. This unit is sleek, attractive, efficient and very quiet. It's neutral gray color makes it a perfect addition to any kitchen. I am delighted with the ease of operating it and the options it offers. I have already sent photos of it to friends and relatives and will be recommending this product to anyone in the market for a new coffee maker. Thank you for making my work in the kitchen just a little bit easier.

The CRUXGG 12 CUP COFFEE MAKER is a nice product. The coffee maker is quick to set-up and use is quick and easy. I also like the smooth matte off-white/stone color.

I chose to replace my old coffeemaker with the Cruxgg Programable 12 cup Coffeemaker and it turned out to be a good decision. First off I really like the touch screen design along with the knob for adjusting various options. The controls make this thing really easy to use and quick to program. I also really like that you can use the strong brew function for a more intense result. I like to drink a lot of iced coffees or add other syrups/milks to my beverages and the strong brew allows me to enjoy the added flavors without losing the coffee taste. Last think to note is the lightweight design. I can easily store the coffeemaker above the fridge or in a cabinet when not in use.
