A:Â Hello. Before playing with the toy, you must perform the Purge function on the doll. Purge: Before performing this operation, choose an appropriate place where no damage to materials or products will be caused by any spilled water such as over the bathroom or kitchen sink. When using the product for the first time and/or after filling it with water, water may not appear in the dolls eyes when the pacifier is taken away, this could be due to air that is preventing the water from coming out. To purge that air, the doll has a purge function. To use it, place the doll in a seated position, change the function of selector switch to PURGE, and leave it on for a few seconds until she begins to cry through both eyes. We got two of these dolls and both of them shed hair like crazy. Also, both had an arm fall off after just a month. I’ve never had that happen with a doll. Their faces are peeling and the tear function has never worked. You can’t change the shirts on them which drives my kids nuts. And the hood is too small so I’m constantly trying to pull it up for my two year old who gets worked up about it. I want to toss them but my girls love them for some reason :(

We have Jassy and I want to return. Her lips started peeling almost immediately. She won't cry out tears, even after all the troubleshooting. She also sleeps all the time. My daughter will be playing with her and she just falls right asleep. 95% of the time the doll is sleeping and not interactive at all. We are very disappointed. Plus, she is very top heavy.

Perfect emotions doll but her face peels my daughter doesn’t use it for much because it is heavy she’s only 20 months old she puts the doll in the cry baby high chair so she doesn’t touch it much and her face has started to peel on the side with the stars she’s had it only for almost a month. Even after putting water in the babies head like the instructions advised, it never actually cried and now the baby won’t work at all. Doesn’t move, blink eyes, or make any noise only 3-4 days after my daughter opened the doll. We’ve put brand new batteries in it, and it’s still unresponsive. I paid way to much for this doll for it to be motionless. This was my daughters Christmas present from Santa and she is devastated.

I returned item. Baby would not recognize bottle causing baby to continuously cry. Maybe this idea with brand name being cry baby. To soothe put paci in buy goes to sleep. So no in between playing and sleep time. My daughter kept trying to comfort and soothe, did not seem to like the doll and stopped playing with her.

Her face and lips started peeling off after less than 48 hours. The tears don’t come out very much not matter how much we refill it and purge it. The legs are cheap. The baby laughs and laughs while it sounds like it’s trying to purge the tears. We have had her for 6 days and played with her for 4.
