Crystal Mineral Deodorant Stick - Unscented

I had originally switched to natural deodorant a couple years ago(native) It was working fine until a year ago when I kept getting these itchy rashes under my arms. I decided to try this crystal deodorant and within a few days the rashes were gone! I love that I didn’t feel like I was wearing deodorant and there was no white stains on my clothes. If you’re coming off of using an aluminum deodorant it might take a little bit for it to work because your armpits have to detox. I didn’t have this issue coming from aluminum free deodorant. I apply this every morning after my shower. You have to wet the crystal then apply and then wet it again and apply to other armpit then rinse it off. I apply a lot. My armpits have not smelt once since I started using 7 months ago. I’m still on the same deodorant stick and I feel like it will atleast last me a full year before buying a new one. I would say it works the best applied right after showering. The only negative thing is that after a few months the crystal popped out of the container. It’s still useable and doesn’t bother me.

I ordered this item from Jun-9 online but they didn't deliver !!! They posted on tracking number I going to pick it up at usps? What a waste time to order online !!! Not good to business with.

I have had so many issues with BO and I finally did two things - stopped aluminum and used a bentonite clay and ACV mask to clear my armpit pores so I stop excessive sweating and started using potassium alum (this stuff) after I shower daily. I don't even want to wear additional scented deodorant over this stuff I just wear my regular perfume on my wrists and neck now. This stuff is cheaper in raw form but I finally decided to buy this one for the container which is really great for travel. I hope you make the switch too instead of using stronger and harsher products!

May 4, 2024 I’ve been dealing with allergies/sensitive skin since 2020 and have finally gotten extensive answers. Two ingredients I am allergic to are benzoic acid/benzoates and fragrance (which is surprisingly is everything). While I have a small list of items that are safe for me, a lot of those items are out of my price range which is crazy that items cost more with less ingredients. Anyway, I stumbled upon this which is literally just salt haha. I used it for the first time yesterday and it’s likely a learning curve. It’s basically a sturdy ball of salt that does not move which is why either your armpit or the stick itself needs to be moist. Immediately after the shower, I dried my entire body minus my armpits and that was the first product I swiped on. I can tell it’s working a little bit but I think I need less damp armpits and to give it more time while my body adjusts to lack of chemicals. I will update this periodically as I trial the deo stick!

I bought this for my sister so I have had no hands on experience for this item but according to my sister the item does not roll out- so she is stuck with what ever little product was at the top already rolled out. This sucks because I am sure it is a good product but if she can not even access all of the product it is kind of hard to guage.

I like the innovative concept, but I would like it better if it worked. Note that most of these reviews are pulled directly from the website, all the same format, sponsored, etc. Not very trustworthy. I have tried this, as someone who has used more 'natural' deodorants for years (ie no detox period necessary) and this does nothing.

I was looking for an aluminum free, unscented, no stain deo or antiperspirant. Once you wet this rock and run a few times underarm it does last all day, especially I’d say if shaved. I’m surprised by the results because usually natural brands don’t work for me. I have stress sweating issues and so far not noticed an embarrassing smell and wetness like I did in the past wearing short sleeves or camis. Definitely a fan now.

This is by far my FAVORITE deo of all time. I used to wear clinical deodorant and still smell like onions halfway through my day. With this, I never smell. Yeah, it sucks that it’s not an antiperspirant but I’d rather be a lil sweaty than smell horrible

Moisten it with water and apply liberally.

This is the ONLY product I’ve found that truly keep odor at bay. I am not a particularly sweaty person in general, but I sweat buckets when I work out or have to be outside for a long time on a hot day. No other deodorant compares to this, and I swear I’ve tried every kind. I never see it in store, so I order online, but one full size Crystal lasts about a year for me with daily use. I highly recommend detoxing from antiperspirants before using though, or it won’t work as intended. I’ve been using this for 4-5 years and I’ll never look back.

The quality of the salt itself is really great and works well, in my experience I only needed to apply once every couple of days between washes, only downside is the packaging is a bit difficult sometimes.

I purchased this to try in 2018 after using the roll-on version for a couple of years. I will never use another deodorant again! I still have the same one I've been using daily for five years and it will probably last another ten. Can't beat that price! Most importantly, it works. Unless I'm really sweating due to heat or exercise, this will prevent odor for 48 hours. It works by preventing the growth of bacteria so is most effective when applied to clean pits right after a shower. No marks or stains on clothes. No sticky or greasy feeling. If anything, the mineral salt leaves a slight powdery feeling after drying that prevents stickiness. I used to use clinical strength antiperspirant for years but since switching to mineral salt as an active ingredient I seem to sweat less, probably because my body isn't overcompensating for the traditional formula that works by clogging pores. I will recommend this product over and over again.

After two months of using this and following the suggestions, it has not worked for me at all. Love the concept of it being very natural though

I absolutely love this deodorant. I have been using it for a few months and it is now a go to. I used to get allergic reactions to other deodorants and this one never give me a reaction, lasts a long time, and keeps me smelling neutral (unscented) for at least 24hr. Be sure to wet it a little before apply.

This is the best deodorant and most healthy for women, in particular. I have used it for years after my personal gym trainer recommended it. It does not stain clothing nor build up in the fabric. I suggested my husband try it as I had tried every brand for him including clinical strength with no positive results. It took care of both persperation and odor. Although you wet the stick to apply it dries immediately! And no more stained shirts! It does last a long time, even with 2 people using it, it lasts close to a year.

Whether you decide on this natural deodorant or another, YOU MUST DETOX YOUR ARMPITS FIRST! The aluminum and toxins from your previous deodorant are still trapped and clogged in your armpits, causing reactions/rashes and odor since your new natural deodorant can't do its thing. I recommend bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar, but there are other detox options. I detox once a month, absolutely SWEAR by this crystal deodorant. I used to use the roll on option as well, BUT the formula has changed. So I am sticking to this crystal for the rest of my life. I swear one lasts well over a year. I just don't know how long exactly because I have shattered the crystal before finishing it. Ooops.

The product works well. It took a minute to get used to application, but my son appreciates the unscented and non-sticky feel. My only “complaint” is the packaging. Clumsy hands (maybe mom or maybe dad) have dropped it a few times and the container/applicator broke the first drop. We’re making it work due to the price.

After using for over a month it still does nothing to help with body odor. I really wanted this to work and I gave it more than enough time, very disappointed, just a waste of money. I don’t understand how it’s working for other people

So many people seem happy with this, but it didn't work for me. After 2 hours, I noticed it was not working. was really hoping it would work.

I truly have been on a search for years, I'm 65 and have been trying to find something that won't stain my clothes and work that is natural, Love this crystal unscripted stone product, my daughter and I have always been ones that no matter What we used we have oder and sweat easy especially with these new man made nylon, elastic clothes. This natural product works so WELL, I'll never use anything else, found it at my natural whole community market.
