Q: Does it use cone filters ?
A:Â It comes with the mesh filter, but it is very difficult to clean all the grounds out of it. I prefer the paper filters, which you use in place of the mesh.

Q: I am looking to replace my current hamilton beach which did not burn the coffee when left on the warmer. Does anyone know if this one makes the coffee taste burnt when left on the warmer for 2 hours?

Q: Has anyone had issues with the buttons melting? The buttons on the left side of my machine have started to melt. the clean button no longer works.

Q: can you brew 1 cup of coffee with this unit?
A:Â I make coffee with the "1-4 cup" setting turned on, aiming for about 12-14 oz of coffee. It works great for this amount! It's a little more than one mug of coffee for me.

A:Â Mine is slow. It takes 12 minutes to brew a pot of coffee.
