I wish I would of bought the one with removable grids. Too time consuming to clean. Waffles aren't crispy outside and cake like inside. I may just need to work with it to get the desired results. Overall, this is a great waffle maker. Fluffy and evenly cooked waffles every time. My only issue is the "when ready" beep. It beeps when the waffle is ready but also beeps every time it gets up to temperature, every minute or two even when the maker is empty.see moreof the reviewer's review
