This also is our third coffee maker of this model and we like it very much. We had our first two for several years each and after making daily coffee, the grinding part started to wear and was difficult to remove for cleaning. We noticed that this coffee pot has a metal grommet holding the blades ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Also, the part where you pour the water in the lid, always popped open so that meant the brewing process was cancelled. I had to return it to the store. It should have...see moreof the reviewer's review

I would never buy another one. If you don't want to grind your coffee you have to turn off the grinder after starting the brew the grinder light will go off and the brewing stops untill you trun off the coffee maker hit the grinder button and then power it on again to restart the brewing.see moreof the reviewer's review

If you want a cheap version of a coffee maker able to grind then get this! To me, it's not worth he higher price for a cheap product. I do love cuisinart but the blade and plastic parts were not impressive.see moreof the reviewer's review
