A big headache. was disappointed in this bread maker. The bread didn’t taste as good as what my former bread maker made, which was a less expensive machine. The Cuisinart was easy to use and I liked the shape of the bread but the taste is what’s important and on that, this bread maker just wasn’t up to snuff. I have used & have other Cuisinart products in my kitchen so was really disappointed this wasn’t as good as it should have been. 1 guest found this review helpful. Did you?

The unit is very large and heavy needing a lot of permanent counter space. The Menu function did not work at all so am unable to use it and have wasted ingredients for a 2 lb. loaf. I was looking forward to being able to make my own bread because I am hypoglycemic and have difficulty finding bread I can eat but this does not work. I am returning the product.

My previous bread maker, which I used for 11 years, was the same model Cuisinart. I used it approximately twice a month for those 11 years, with good results. When the machine finally quit working properly, I replaced it with the same model Cuisinart bread maker. Hopefully, this new machine will be used for another 11 years!

Bakes (and looks) beautiful

I love my new bread maker! I especially like the option of removing the paddle so it can bake without the big hole in the bottom. I saw someone's review that they could adjust the crust color, but I had no difficulty. First loaf was a little too brown on medium, so I changed it to light and it came out perfect. I've only made the Honey Wheat recipe. It's great! I do find the rapid bake options to work great....So I am a little mystified as to why you would want to wait 4 hours for the regular bake option when the 2.5 hour option comes out fine. If I could make any changes, it would be to make the audible tones louder...I can't hear them unless I'm right in the kitchen. My solution to this is to look on the chart when they will sound (like removing the paddle) and set my oven timer to match.

My wife uses the bread machine. She says she trouble baking to level she 's looking for, it is either too light or too dark or it doesn't raise like it should. She follows all the instructions.

Easy Peasy and makes great bread. Some reviews suggest crust is too hard- I love it! Especially if you like French style breads

As a first time user of 'Convection Bread Making' process was very exciting and with many easy to follow recipes. I also tried recipe of a traditional bread maker, it turned out good.

We purchased this machine purposely because it was convection and had the gluten free setting. So far it has made wonderful gluten free bread. In addition to the to the great recipes that came with the machine, we also purchased 125 Gluten Free Bread Machine Recipes.
