I love my new Cuisinart Food Processor!
We really like this food processor! It’s our first food processor, so we’re learning, but it’s been very straightforward and has cut my hummus making time to a fraction of what it previously took! Love it! Great quality! Easy to clean! (Watch those sharp blades though!) Would totally buy again.

Inferior product!
I owned a 2008 Cuisinart has lasted for 16 years and is still working except I broke the 11 cup bowl accidentally. I still have the base which is 10 times more durable than the 2024 model I just purchased. The housing is mostly plastic and the new bowls is flimsy and I can already tell I’m going to have to be very careful with it! Wish I had done some inquiries from Cusinate reviews before purchasing this inferior product. Cusinart used to be the premier but now it seems less than optimal.

Not TV perfection but still a necessary tool
Still getting used to this specific processor--find that I need to process less at a time than expected, at least for foods that require pulsing--not pureeing, e.g.,--as blades don't contact all food and I have to dump out and sort through chunks, re-do the chop. Not in love with need for whole double lid construct to turn on for simplest chop either. But otherwise this is a much-used, multifunctional, time-saving tool that anyone who cooks should have. Does the coolest stuff!! Worth it!

My Elemental 11 cup Food Processor is very efficient. Best thing it is dishwasher safe!. The motor seems to be very powerful and smooth. It is not very loud. The attachments are easy to disassemble/assemble. Simple directions. I haven’t had a food processor for decades. The main thing I had always used mine for was shredding cheese. (We used a lot of shredded cheese) the one blade has different widths on each side. I have used the slicing disc more than I ever did on my old processor, this one works great. There is a choice of size of food area to feed which is very useful. It is not too big to leave on the counter and is very attractive. Although I keep mine in a lower cabinet, it is not too heavy get out. BTW keep the plastic blade cover is it packaged in, makes for safe storage. Can’t find any negatives about this processor. Would definitely buy for a gift.

Cuisenart aint what it used to be!
my old Cuisenart was twice as heavy as this one and very quiet. this one is noisy and fairly light, vibrates quite a bit. It does slice and chop pretty well but is not the quality I expect from Cuisenart. I will keep it because I think I will be disappointed by any other choice.

Great Food Processor
I sadly had to give up my ancient 30lb or so Cuisinart Food Processor. The parts are getting hard to find and expensive - motor still works great!! I trust the Cuisinart brand so purchased the Elemental. This new one is SO much lighter in weight - I can actually lift it with one hand! It came with a couple of slicer/dicers which I love to use to make cauliflower rice and slice potatoes. Love that you can take it off the stand without food falling out of the bowl. Overall happy with the newer/updated version. Hope it lasts as long as my last one!

A good food processor
A nice food processor, but certainly not built like the original one I had from 35 years ago. I do like the gaskets on the bowl so flour doesn't go flying everywhere when incorporating flour and butter together. My biggest complaint is how brittle and thin the bowl pusher is...I accidentally dropped it on a tile floor and it shattered. The motor base is really lightweight and the whole processor will move while processing "on" but not too much when "pulsing". The redesign of the blades and slicers is very nice. Overall, I do like it, but I will be very careful handling the bowl and lid pieces.
