I've read some good things about this mix, but unfortunately it contains milk. I didn't notice that it contained milk in the description, so that is my fault. That said, I wish that this could be remade without dairy for those of us with dairy and gluten allergies. It also contains 0 fiber, so it may not healthy choice for those who concerned about that.

Yummy gluten-free baking

This is excellent gluten-free flour that you can use one for one in any recipe. You do not need a specific gluten-free recipe. You just substitute this flour with the exact amount in any recipe. I have used it to make muffins, brownies, cake, and cookies. I get compliments on the baking and people don’t even realize they’re eating gluten-free.

Amazing flour! Use in all your regular recipes. Highly recommend using a scale: 140 ounces is one cup. Highly disappointed that the price has been raised by 2 dollars in less than six months.

Unusable

I've used this flour plenty of times before and been happy with it, but the last couple of times I've used it, it has given my baked goods a distinct taste. I always have this flour stocked in my pantry and tonight when I kicked off my Christmas Cookie baking, I opened not one, but three bags that were all unusable due to odor. The first two both smelled rancid despite being 3 months before expiration (and I realize that same smell was the taste I tasted in my prior cookies) and the third one did not have an expiration date until 2023 and I opened it up to a VERY strong plastic odor! Unfortunately I couldn't risk wasting time and ingredients hoping my finished product turned out okay, so there goes three rather expensive bags of GF flour. Super disappointed because this used to be my favorite.

Best GF Flour!

5 out of 5 stars
DVDshpr - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
I've tried many brands and this is the best by FAR! I've made cookies, brownies and pizza crust with this and the taste is great. I don't detect any of the powdery residue that some brands leave in your mouth either! Don't expect chewy dough (like bread of pizza) to have the exact same texture as wheat flour - there is no gluten to give it that chewy texture. But it works wonderfully for most baked goods and is superior to all other brands I've tried.

I have tried numerous gluten free flours and this is by far my favorite, hands down, for baking goodies or anything really!! Nobody knows the items I make are gluten free unless I tell them! It’s cheaper here vs Hy-Vee.

I’m fairly new to gluten free baking but this flour has not done me wrong. I had it highly recommended by someone and it’s worked great in everything I’ve tried. There was another brand of gluten free flour that was a complete flop on a couple recipes so it was refreshing to find a reliable one!

This is the best gluten free flour! It works just as well as regular flour. No one can tell it’s gluten free. Great for baking, and frying. It does not burn like other rice flours when frying.

At last, a GF flour that works in the recipes I already love. I've searched for a GF flour that will substitute into my long-time favorite recipes. Cup4Cup does this well! No one guessed by the taste or texture that my Carrot Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies were made with a GF flour! So delighted to discover Cup4Cup, as other GF products have disappointed. I'll be keeping Cup4Cup in my pantry, since my grandson must eat GF.

This is the best gluten free flour I have tried. You substitute it cup for cup for regular all-purpose flour. I made cookies and my family didn't realized they were gluten free. I also tried biscuits and French bread with good results.
