We love using this in our gluten free baking. To me, it acts as a whole wheat flour. Cup 4 Cup flours are the best gluten free substitute I have found, by far.

Amazing gluten free flour!!! After trying so many different types of gluten free flour, I'm so so happy a friend told me about this one!! You can use it to basically replace any regular gluten flour in most recipes, and it tastes amazing!! And the best part is, it already has xantan gum in it to keep the flour together, so you don't have to add your own. It also seems to be healthier than other flours I tried - there are so few ingredients it. I'm so happy I found this, and it will definitely be my go to for gluten free flour!
